How We Handle Personal Data

Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") handles the information involved in the mobile app HYOURAKU (the "App") in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, as described below. This page organizes the contents of our Privacy Policy by type of information.

The App has no account registration or sign-in, and it does not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, precise (GPS) location, contacts, or photos. We do not operate any server and do not collect or store user information on servers.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell any information. As shown above, Pangle collects information through the SDK embedded in the App to the extent needed to deliver ads. We do not provide information to any other third party except as required by law.

4. Transfers Outside Japan

Bytedance Pte. Ltd., which operates Pangle, is based in Singapore. For details of its data protection practices, see the Pangle Privacy Policy.

5. How to Stop Data Collection

Personalized ads (Android): on first launch, before the ad SDK starts, the App asks whether personalized ads may be shown. Choose "Don't allow" and non-personalized ads are shown. The ad SDK does not start until you answer. You can change the choice at any time in "About this app" > "Ad settings". The choice is stored only on your device and is excluded from Android backup and device transfer.
Tracking (iOS): choose "Ask App Not to Track" in the dialog shown after launch once the home screen is displayed (the ad SDK does not start until you answer), and the IDFA will not be used (non-personalized ads are shown). You can change this later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Personalized ads (iOS): choose "Don't allow" in "About this app" > "Ad settings" to turn personalized ads off even if you have allowed tracking.
Advertising ID (Android): reset or delete it in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on the device).
Everything: once you uninstall the App, nothing more is sent.

6. Security Measures

We minimize the risk of leaks by not storing user information on any server; the only data the App stores on your device is the theme setting and your personalized-ads choice. We use the official ad SDK obtained from a trusted source and keep it up to date, and we apply access controls and other necessary measures to the devices and accounts used to develop and operate the App.

7. Requests for Access, Correction, Deletion, or Suspension of Use

Because we do not hold user information, there is in principle no data subject to access, correction, or deletion. If you have a request or question, please email the contact below; we will review it and respond without delay in accordance with applicable law. For information collected by Pangle, please contact Pangle via its privacy policy above. You can stop the use of your advertising identifier at any time using the methods in section 5.
