Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") describes below how the mobile app HYOURAKU (the "App") handles user information. See also How We Handle Personal Data, which organizes this information by type.
The App has no account registration or sign-in. We do not operate any server, and we do not collect or store information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise (GPS) location. The only things the App stores are your theme setting (light / dark) and your personalized-ads choice (Allow / Don't allow), which are kept on your device only (shared_preferences) and are never transmitted.
The App includes the SDK of Pangle, an advertising service provided by Bytedance Pte. Ltd., to show a banner ad at the bottom of the screen. For ad delivery and display, measurement, frequency capping, and fraud prevention, the Pangle SDK may send the following information directly to Pangle:
This information is sent directly to Pangle by the SDK embedded in the App; we do not receive or sell it. For how Pangle handles information, see the Pangle Privacy Policy.
On iOS, in accordance with Apple's privacy requirements, the App shows the tracking permission prompt after launch, once the home screen is displayed. The ad SDK (Pangle) does not start until you answer it. Personalized ads are shown only if you allow tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not used and non-personalized ads are shown. All App features remain available. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
In addition, choosing "Don't allow" in the App's "About this app" > "Ad settings" turns personalized ads off even if you have allowed tracking (non-personalized ads are still shown).
On Android, on first launch the App shows a screen asking whether personalized ads may be shown ("Allow" / "Don't allow"). Until you answer, the ad SDK (Pangle) does not start and nothing is sent to Pangle. If you choose "Don't allow", ads are still shown but are not personalized. You can change your choice at any time in the App under "About this app" > "Ad settings". Your choice is stored only on your device and is excluded from Android backup and device-to-device transfer, so a new device will ask you again.
In addition, on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on the device and OS version).
Other than the ad delivery described above (Pangle), the App does not share or sell your information to third parties. The App has no in-app purchases (IAP) or subscriptions.
Because we do not store user information on any server, we hold no data to delete. The theme setting and personalized-ads choice on your device are removed when you uninstall the App. For information collected by Pangle, please contact Pangle via its privacy policy above. The App is intended for a general audience (students and up) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated as needed due to changes in laws or the service. Any changes will be posted on this page.
